Part-time HR Advisor - Newly created role MCS Group is delighted to be partnering with a well-established private sector organisation to recruit a part-time HR Advisor.

The role: This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional looking for a business-as-usual generalist role within a supportive and collaborative team.

You'll provide practical HR advice across the full employee lifecycle, partnering with managers to ensure a positive employee experience while maintaining compliance with employment legislation and company policies.

The main responsibilities: As HR Advisor, you will support managers and employees across a wide range of day-to-day HR activities, including: Providing first-line HR advice and guidance to managers and employees.

Supporting employee relations matters including absence management, disciplinary, grievance and performance processes.

Managing end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and induction activities.

Assisting with probation reviews, employee development and performance processes.

Supporting the administration of the employee lifecycle including contract changes and leavers.

Ensuring HR policies and procedures remain compliant and are consistently applied.

Maintaining accurate employee records and HR systems.

Supporting HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives as required.

The ideal candidate: Previous experience in a generalist HR Advisor or HR Officer role.

Sound knowledge and hands on experiene of NI employment legislation and HR best practice.

Experience supporting employee relations casework.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

CIPD qualification (or working towards).

What's on offer: Base salary up to £45k (FTE) - based on experience.
