Key Responsibilities Oversee production planning, scheduling and quality control Manage ISO 9001, ISO 13485 and DAMAS quality management systems Lead internal and external audits Oversee quality assurance across the laboratory Manage MHRA product registrations and regulatory compliance Liaise with IT providers on cybersecurity compliance Drive continuous improvement across production and compliance About You Experience in a Production, Quality, Compliance or Regulatory role Experience managing ISO quality management systems, ideally ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and audit processes Ability to interpret and implement regulations Medical device, dental or other regulated manufacturing experience is advantageous What's on Offer 35-hour working week Pension and 31 days annual leave Birthday off and additional Easter leave Free eye tests and regular company social events Opportunity to work directly with senior leadership in a growing business And so much more...
