An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead the engineering and function within a busy manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for plant engineering, team leadership and capital project delivery. As the Engineering Manager, you will: Lead and develop the Engineering team. Manage preventative and predictive maintenance programmes. Lead root cause analysis and continuous improvement activity. Manage engineering budgets, contractors and spare parts. Provide technical leadership across mechanical, electrical, PLC, SCADA and automation systems. Deliver engineering and capital projects from scope through to commissioning. The ideal candidate will have: Several years of experience in a senior maintenance or engineering role within manufacturing. Strong mechanical engineering knowledge with electrical and automation experience. Proven experience managing teams, budgets, contractors and capital projects.
