MCS Group are delighted to be partnering with an established and leading independent accountancy firm based in Coalisland, to recruit for a Payroll Manager to join their team. An experienced business advisory and accounting firm providing tailored financial, tax, and strategic support. Known for its hands-on approach, the firm helps clients simplify challenges, seize opportunities, and build stronger futures.

Job Duties of the Payroll Manager include:

  • Manage a portfolio of clients carrying out end to end payroll duties covering weekly & Monthly payroll
  • Liaising with Clients & HMRC

What you need to be the Payroll Manager:

  • At least 3 years experience in a busy payroll environment
  • Experience in a practice or Bureau is desirable
  • Experience managing a portfolio of clients
  • Experience in client management
