MCS Group is delighted to be recruiting a Design Technician for our client based in County Antrim. A growing company within the electrical power and utilities sector is seeking a Design Technician to support installation projects and technical documentation. The role will involve producing and updating technical drawings and supporting installation work through document and material coordination. Occasional liaison with customers to arrange site access may also be required. This is a Temporary position with the view of being made permanent after 6 months.
You will:
- Be confident using Microsoft Word and Excel
- Good email communication skills
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Willingness to learn and develop
Desirable Criteria:
- Experience with 2D AutoCAD
- Understanding of electrical schematics
