MCS Group is delighted to be recruiting a Project Validation Engineer to join a leading manufacturing environment, supporting the introduction of new equipment, processes, and technologies while ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute IQ, OQ, and PQ protocols and reports.
  • Lead validation projects from planning through to completion.
  • Conduct risk assessments, including FMEA, and support root cause investigations.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and good documentation practices.
  • Drive continuous improvement and support process optimisation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Production, and Quality teams on testing and validation activities.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Experience in Validation, Process, or Manufacturing Engineering.
  • Knowledge of IQ/OQ/PQ, FMEA in manufacturing environments.
  • Strong project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
