Reward Partner - Permanent - High growth organisation MCS Group is delighted to be partnering with a growing organisation as they look to add a Reward Partner to their team, in this full-time, permanent opportunity.

The role: You'll lead the delivery of annual salary and bonus review cycles, provide market benchmarking and reward analysis, support job architecture and pay governance, and ensure reward frameworks remain competitive, compliant and aligned to business objectives.

The main responsibilities: Previous experience in a Reward, Compensation or broader HR role with strong reward exposure.

Experience managing salary reviews, bonus cycles and benchmarking.

Strong analytical skills with confidence interpreting and presenting reward data.

Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels.

A commercial mindset and a passion for developing effective reward solutions.

Advanced Excel skills and experience working with HR or reward systems.
