MCS Group is delighted to be recruiting a Production Manager for our client, a leading manufacturer based in Craigavon.

  • Manage plant operations, overseeing production, scheduling, maintenance, and inventory control.
  • Drive safety, quality, and efficiency initiatives across the plant.
  • Develop and mentor a strong team of supervisors, technicians, and frontline employees.
  • Analyse production metrics and drive performance improvements through lean principles and best practices.
  • Collaborate with other departments to meet organisational goals.

You will have:

  • Experience in operations and/or production management in a heavy manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes.
  • Proven ability to lead in a fast-paced, high-output production facility.
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
