MCS Group is delighted to be recruiting a Production Manager for our client, a leading manufacturer based in Craigavon.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage plant operations, overseeing production, scheduling, maintenance, and inventory control.
- Drive safety, quality, and efficiency initiatives across the plant.
- Develop and mentor a strong team of supervisors, technicians, and frontline employees.
- Analyse production metrics and drive performance improvements through lean principles and best practices.
- Collaborate with other departments to meet organisational goals.
You will have:
- Experience in operations and/or production management in a heavy manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes.
- Proven ability to lead in a fast-paced, high-output production facility.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
