You will play a key role in building reliable, high-quality equipment used in demanding agricultural environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble and fit mechanical components and sub-assemblies for machinery
- Read and interpret mechanical drawings and assembly instructions
- Install bearings, shafts, gearboxes, hydraulics, and mechanical systems
- Carry out mechanical adjustments, alignment, and fault-finding
- Use hand tools, power tools, and workshop equipment safely and effectively
What I am looking for:
- Experience in machinery assembly, plant equipment, or agricultural machinery
- Ability to read technical drawings
- Strong mechanical fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Experience with hydraulics and mechanical drives is an advantage
