Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble and fit mechanical components and sub-assemblies for machinery
  • Read and interpret mechanical drawings and assembly instructions
  • Install bearings, shafts, gearboxes, hydraulics, and mechanical systems
  • Carry out mechanical adjustments, alignment, and fault-finding
  • Use hand tools, power tools, and workshop equipment safely and effectively
