MCS Group is delighted to exclusively partner with an organisation as they look to add an HR Business Partner to their team in this 12 month fixed-term contract.

The role: You will deliver a proactive, high-quality HR service supporting managers across a complex organisation, across the entire employee lifecycle.

The main responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice and coaching to managers on employee relations, performance, absence and wellbeing.
  • Lead and support disciplinary, grievance, flexible working and absence management processes.
  • Support employee engagement, organisational change and HR projects.
  • Contribute to HR policy development and ensure compliance with employment legislation.
  • Maintain accurate HR systems, data and reporting.
  • Support recruitment, induction and HR training activities.

The ideal candidate:

  • Degree (or equivalent) with relevant HR experience or significant HR experience with A-levels (or equivalent).
  • Strong knowledge of NI employment law.
  • Working towards or holding CIPD qualification.
  • Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working in manufacturing (desirable).
