A successful project-led organisation in Banbridge is looking for a Data Analyst to support its Contracts function.
This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of business reporting, create interactive Power BI dashboards and help stakeholders make more informed, data-led decisions.
Working across operational, commercial, design and project-delivery teams, you will collect and transform data from multiple sources, identify trends and anomalies, and present your findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
What you'll be doing Collecting, cleaning and transforming data for accurate reporting.
Integrating information from multiple business sources.
Developing interactive Power BI dashboards and visualisations.
Analysing operational data to identify trends, anomalies and improvement opportunities.
Gathering reporting requirements from stakeholders.
Translating complex datasets into practical business insights.
Resolving data-quality and reporting challenges.
Supporting ad hoc analysis and continuous-improvement initiatives.
Delivering training and knowledge-sharing sessions.
Developing reporting documentation, processes and standards.
What you'll need Strong experience with Power BI, Power Query and Excel.
Practical experience preparing, analysing and visualising data.
The ability to work confidently with information from multiple sources.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience developing dashboards and management reports.
Good stakeholder engagement and requirements-gathering ability.
The confidence to explain findings to non-technical colleagues.
A detail-oriented and continuous-improvement mindset.
Working hours Monday to Thursday, 8:00am-5:00pm Friday, 8:00am-3:00pm The salary is competitive and will reflect the successful candidate's experience.
