The Role
Reporting directly to the Credit Control Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Leading and developing a team
- Overseeing debt collection and escalations
- Managing credit limits and customer queries
- Driving performance, delegation and outstanding debt recovery
The Person
The successful Credit Control Team Lead will meet the following criteria:
- Strong Credit Control experience
- Previous team leadership experience desirable
- Open to experienced Credit Controllers ready to step up
- Confident managing and developing an experienced team
