The Role:
As a successful Corporate Tax Manager/Senior Manager, you will have the following duties:
- Work closely with Tax Directors to oversee advisory and compliance services across a portfolio of clients.
- Drive business development initiatives, building relationships and identifying opportunities for growth.
- Lead, mentor, and develop team members, supporting their technical expertise and career progression.
- Manage and inspire a growing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Act as a technical advisor on complex tax matters, providing guidance to colleagues and ensuring exceptional client service.
The Person:
The successful Corporate Tax Manager/Senior Manager will meet the following criteria:
- CTA, ACA, or equivalent qualified tax professional with experience reviewing Corporate Tax compliance work and supporting advisory projects.
- Strong technical expertise across corporate tax compliance and advisory, with the ability to manage and develop team members.
- Confident communicator with excellent client relationship skills and the ability to provide practical, value-added tax advice.
- Motivated to take on a new challenge within a dynamic, collaborative, and growing environment.
- Committed to delivering exceptional client service, identifying planning opportunities, and maintaining high professional standards.
