The Company: One of the largest Accountancy firms in Belfast, recently acquired by a large group. The company re-brand has helped with image in the market and now part of a bigger group providing better opportunities/work/clients - getting more work from wider group from UK clients with NI/ROI entities. Now is the perfect time to join this growing firm.

The Role: As a successful Corporate Tax Manager/Senior Manager, you will have the following duties:

  • Work closely with Tax Directors to oversee advisory and compliance services across a portfolio of clients.
  • Drive business development initiatives, building relationships and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop team members, supporting their technical expertise and career progression.
  • Manage and inspire a growing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Act as a technical advisor on complex tax matters, providing guidance to colleagues and ensuring exceptional client service.

The Person: The successful Corporate Tax Manager/Senior Manager will meet the following criteria:

  • CTA, ACA, or equivalent qualified tax professional with experience reviewing Corporate Tax compliance work and supporting advisory projects.
  • Strong technical expertise across corporate tax compliance and advisory, with the ability to manage and develop team members.
  • Confident communicator with excellent client relationship skills and the ability to provide practical, value-added tax advice.
  • Motivated to take on a new challenge within a dynamic, collaborative, and growing environment.
  • Committed to delivering exceptional client service, identifying planning opportunities, and maintaining high professional standards.
