This is an exciting opportunity to play a key leadership role within a well-established and respected EDI-focused organisation. The role is ideal for a strategic, commercially driven sales professional with a passion for EDI advocacy and developing impactful partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a robust and scalable business growth strategy, aligned with organisational objectives.
  • Drive lead generation initiatives and secure new B2B customer acquisition across diverse industry sectors.
  • Onboard and manage key accounts, building strong, long-term client relationships through effective account management.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service through clear communication, efficient administration, and professional contract management.
  • Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Lead and collaborate with internal teams and key stakeholders to successfully implement and embed effective EDI solutions.
  • Resolve challenges through strong negotiation, leadership, and motivational skills.
  • Monitor and achieve KPIs, maintaining accurate reporting using IT systems including CRM (HubSpot) and the Microsoft 365 suite.

Essential Criteria:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a sales or commercial role, with a proven track record of B2B success.
  • Strong business acumen, including an understanding of financial and compliance reporting requirements.
  • Experience in developing and delivering business initiatives and commercial strategies.
  • Proactive, driven, and results-oriented, with a strong work ethic and sense of urgency.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop long-term, end-to-end solutions.
  • Strong IT proficiency, including CRM systems and Microsoft 365 applications (particularly Excel).
