Manage key aspects of transactions from start to finish, preparing financial analysis, modelling and client recommendations. Prepare and present reports, proposals and presentations for clients, partners and external stakeholders. Develop strong technical expertise across corporate finance, accounting and sector-specific markets, while contributing to business development and deal origination. What you need to be the Successful Corporate Finance Senior / Assistant Manager? Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA or equivalent), with experience in corporate finance, audit, transaction services or accountancy practice. Open to candidates looking to make the move from audit or practice into corporate finance. Strong technical and analytical skills, with a good understanding of financial reporting, modelling and business performance. Good communication and relationship building skills, with the ability to manage projects, work closely with clients and deliver to tight deadlines.
