MCS are delighted to partner with a leading construction company who are seeking a detail oriented Digital Marketing Executive to join their marketing team on an initial six-month temporary contract. This role is ideal for a strong communicator and content creator who can confidently manage multiple stakeholders while supporting the delivery of digital marketing campaigns. The successful candidate will work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to execute marketing initiatives across digital channels, create compelling content, coordinate campaign activity, and support paid media performance. A basic understanding of digital marketing platforms, including Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager, is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create engaging and high-quality written content for websites, email campaigns, social media, and marketing materials.
  • Develop content that aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  • Proofread and edit content to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of digital marketing campaigns.
  • Assist in the management and optimisation of paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta platforms.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external partners to gather information and deliver marketing projects.
  • Manage multiple requests and priorities while maintaining strong communication throughout project delivery.
  • Use data and insights to identify opportunities for improvement and optimisation.

Essential Criteria

  • Previous experience in a marketing, digital marketing, or communications role.
  • Excellent written communication and content creation skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Confident stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard marketing tools.
