MCS Group is delighted to be recruiting a Contracts Manager for our client, a leading construction contractor delivering high-quality projects across the UK and Ireland.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced construction professional to take responsibility for the successful delivery of major projects, managing project teams, client relationships and overall project performance.

Key Responsibilities Manage the successful delivery of assigned construction projects from pre-construction through to completion.

Take responsibility for project performance, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the required standards.

Coordinate with Project Directors, Site Managers and project teams to ensure effective resource planning and delivery.

Manage client relationships, subcontractor performance and key project stakeholders.

Monitor construction programmes, project progress and contractual requirements.

Lead project meetings, provide progress updates and report to senior management and clients.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality and environmental standards.

Support project teams through effective leadership, mentoring and best practice.

Requirements Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within the construction industry.

Experience managing large-scale construction projects and multidisciplinary teams.

Strong background in client management, subcontractor coordination and project delivery.

Good understanding of construction processes, programming and contractual requirements.

Relevant construction qualification (HNC/HND/BTEC or equivalent).

CSR/CSCS card required.

Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to projects as required.
