MCS Group is delighted to recruit an Operations Supervisor to lead a Material Preparation team within a busy engineering and manufacturing environment, based in Garvagh.
You will:
- Lead and supervise the Material Preparation team
- Manage material planning, stock control, and traceability
- Coordinate processing through internal resources and subcontractors
- Ensure production schedules and delivery targets are achieved
- Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and housekeeping
- Drive continuous improvement across the department
About you:
- Experience within manufacturing, fabrication, steel processing, or heavy engineering
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience
- Strong production planning and materials management skills
- Ability to read engineering drawings
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
