MCS Group is delighted to be recruiting a SHEQ Manager for our client. This is a high-impact, senior role offering the opportunity to shape and embed Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality standards across both manufacturing and site-based operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead SHEQ across manufacturing and installation sites
- Develop and embed policies, systems, and a strong safety culture
- Drive quality improvements, reducing defects and non-conformances
- Conduct audits, investigations, and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with UK H&S legislation and ISO standards
- Support RAMS and safe systems of work across all activities
About You
- Proven SHEQ experience within a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of risk assessments, audits, and compliance processes
- Experience investigating incidents and implementing corrective actions
- Hands-on approach with the ability to influence at all levels
Qualifications
- NEBOSH General Certificate
- IOSH Managing Safely (or equivalent)
- Knowledge of ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001)
- Full UK driving licence
