MCS Group is delighted to be recruiting a SHEQ Manager for our client. This is a high-impact, senior role offering the opportunity to shape and embed Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality standards across both manufacturing and site-based operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead SHEQ across manufacturing and installation sites
  • Develop and embed policies, systems, and a strong safety culture
  • Drive quality improvements, reducing defects and non-conformances
  • Conduct audits, investigations, and implement corrective actions
  • Ensure compliance with UK H&S legislation and ISO standards
  • Support RAMS and safe systems of work across all activities

About You

  • Proven SHEQ experience within a manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of risk assessments, audits, and compliance processes
  • Experience investigating incidents and implementing corrective actions
  • Hands-on approach with the ability to influence at all levels

Qualifications

  • NEBOSH General Certificate
  • IOSH Managing Safely (or equivalent)
  • Knowledge of ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001)
  • Full UK driving licence
