MCS Group are delighted to be partnering with a leading engineering and manufacturing business to recruit a Sales and Marketing Administrator to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well‑established and highly respected business that continues to invest in innovation, people, and long‑term growth.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting both the sales and marketing functions, working closely with internal teams to help drive customer engagement, brand awareness, and business development activity.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate customer and enquiry information
- Process sales quotations, orders, and customer follow‑ups
- Track customer activity and support the sales team with timely communications
- Assist with incoming customer enquiries via phone and email
- Act as a key point of coordination between sales, marketing, and other departments
- Assist with the planning and scheduling of marketing campaigns
- Coordinate content for LinkedIn, email campaigns, and website updates
- Support the creation of brochures, presentations, case studies, and other marketing materials
- Upload and maintain website content including product pages and company news
- Track marketing campaign performance and report on key metrics
- Assist in the organisation of trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events
- Manage marketing assets including images, documents, and branded materials
Essential Criteria
- Previous experience within a sales support, marketing, or administrative role
- Experience working within a B2B, engineering, or manufacturing environment
- Good working knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Experience managing website content and LinkedIn activity
- Experience using Canva, Adobe, or similar design tools
