MCS Group are looking for a Financial Controller to join a global manufacturing company based in the Belfast area.
The Company: Our client is a forward-thinking manufacturing company based in the Belfast area and has multiple sites around the world. They are the market leader within the sector and have skills across a range of areas for their global customer base. Now is a great time to join their Belfast finance function as they look to add a Financial Controller.

The Role: As the successful Financial Controller you will report directly to the Group Finance Director to:
- Oversee a small finance team
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting
- Manage the monthly budgeting & forecasting process
- Ensure the business meets financial statutory & compliance requirements
- Drive continuous process improvement
- Perform other duties as outlined in the full job description
The Person: The successful Financial Controller will meet the following criteria:
- Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent
- Previous management or leadership experience
- Relevant industry experience
- Strong communication skills
