I am currently on the lookout for a CAD Technician/ Engineer to join my client's growing team in County Tyrone. This is a hands-on design role, where you will get the opportunity to work on new product development, as well as modify and upgrade existing products.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Design and generate new products from concept to completion.
- Manage all engineering data within the SolidWorks system.
- Develop improvements and carry out modifications for existing products.
- Liaise directly with clients on projects and provide them with engineering solutions.
Essential Criteria
- Previous experience in a design role, ideally within a heavy manufacturing environment.
- Competent in SolidWorks software.
- Experience performing design calculations.
- Comfortable managing project timelines.
Desirable Criteria
- Knowledge of hydraulic components.
