MCS Group is delighted to be partnering with a growing FMCG business, one of Northern Ireland's leading food manufacturers, to recruit a Business Systems Analyst. This is a unique opportunity to join a business investing heavily in digital transformation and modernising its ERP ecosystem.

You'll work across ERP configuration, integrations, SQL reporting and Power BI analytics while acting as the key interface between technology and business operations. We're looking for someone with experience in manufacturing ERP environments such as Syspro, Dynamics 365 Business Central, Epicor, SAP Business One or Infor, combined with strong systems integration and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and support Syspro (or equivalent ERP) across manufacturing, inventory and finance modules.
  • Gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions and specifications.
  • Design, support and troubleshoot integrations between ERP, WMS, finance, EDI and shop-floor systems.
  • Develop reporting solutions using SQL and Power BI.
  • Manage ERP testing, upgrades, deployments and ongoing support.
  • Drive process automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain data integrity, governance and system documentation.
Essential Requirements
  • ERP experience within manufacturing environments.
  • ERP configuration and customisation experience.
  • Strong SQL and reporting capabilities.
  • Experience integrating systems and managing data flows.
  • Understanding of ERP architecture and modular design.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills.
