My client is seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to support the design, implementation, and optimisation of digital systems that underpin programme delivery and client engagement. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded analyst who enjoys bridging the gap between business operations and technology, helping to drive process improvement, system adoption, and operational efficiency across a growing organisation.
The successful candidate will work closely with operational teams, technical stakeholders, and external partners to ensure business requirements are translated into scalable, effective system solutions. Key responsibilities will include:
- Leading business analysis and process mapping activities across operational workflows
- Gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements
- Supporting the implementation and optimisation of CRM systems and digital platforms
- Collaborating with technical teams during system configuration, testing, and deployment
- Facilitating workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions
- Supporting reporting frameworks, dashboards, and data-driven decision making
- Coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives across systems and processes
The ideal candidate will have:
- 3+ years' experience in a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Process Analyst role
- Strong experience in process mapping and workflow optimisation
- Experience supporting digital transformation or system implementation projects
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- The ability to translate business requirements into clear functional specifications
- Experience working with CRM systems and business platforms
Desirable experience includes:
- Exposure to Salesforce, HubSpot, MS Dynamics, or similar platforms
- Experience with reporting and data analysis tools such as Power BI or advanced Excel
- Experience working within consulting, advisory, or programme-led environments
