The Role:
Reporting directly to the Billing Manager, the billing specialist will be responsible for:
- Onboard new clients
- Submit, monitor and follow up on bills
- Monitor, analyse and address invoice rejections
- Monitor changes to client billing guidelines
- Develop and maintain reports
- Identify recurring billing compliance
- Other duties as outlined in the full job description.
The Person:
The successful Billing Specialist you will meet the following criteria:
- Experience in a previous finance environment
- Strong IT Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organised
