MCS Group is delighted to exclusively partner with a growing global Tech firm who are looking to add a Senior Talent Partner here in their Belfast site.
The role:
- You will act as a strategic partner to hiring managers across the organisation, delivering high-quality recruitment while contributing to the development of strong HR frameworks that support employees across the region.
- This is a unique opportunity for a recruitment professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced tech environment but also wants exposure to broader HR responsibilities.
The main responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical roles across EMEA, including software engineering, infrastructure, product and data functions.
- Partner with senior stakeholders and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and design effective recruitment strategies.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across key technology skill areas.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies across multiple markets.
- Support the development and maintenance of HR policies and procedures aligned with regional legislation and company values.
- Coordinate and enhance onboarding programmes to ensure a smooth experience for new hires across EMEA.
- Act as a point of contact for reward and benefits queries, liaising with HR and finance teams where required.
- Assist with HR projects including process improvements, documentation and people initiatives.
The ideal candidate:
- Proven experience in technology recruitment, ideally across multiple international markets.
- Comfortable working across EMEA hiring landscapes, including different employment practices and cultures.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.
- Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes in a fast-paced environment.
- Exposure to HR activities such as policy development, onboarding, or reward processes would be highly beneficial.
