MCS Group is proud to be supporting a global Irish success story in their search to hire an Application Support Consultant to join a growing customer support function. This role suits someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with technology, and supporting customers across core business systems. You'll be handling technical and operational queries, troubleshooting issues, and helping users get the most from their ERP platforms.
Hybrid/Remote from Ireland
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer technical and operational queries
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues
- Log, document, and track issues through to resolution
- Support users across accounting, ERP, and wider business modules
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver effective solutions
- Help improve the overall customer support experience
What we're looking for
- Experience with ERP, accounting, or business management systems
- Degree in Computer Science, Business or other relevant area
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Confident communicator with a customer-first mindset
- Comfortable working with data, reports, and business processes
- Any exposure to SQL, integrations, APIs, or business software is an advantage
