MCS Group are delighted to be partnering with a well-established, profitable software company based in Northern Ireland building cloud platforms used across regulated industries including animal health. Their products replace legacy systems with modern, scalable solutions and are actively used by government bodies and commercial organisations across the US, Canada, Australia, and Europe. The business is self-funded, stable, and growing steadily, with engineering teams across NI, the US, and Europe.
The Role
You will join a product-focused engineering team working on a live, customer-facing platform used by regulated organisations globally. This is a full lifecycle role - from feature design through to production releases - with real ownership and impact. You will work closely with a Dev Manager, Senior Engineers, and offshore developers to deliver quarterly releases, manage complex change requests, and continuously improve a mission-critical system.
