MCS are partnering with a leading public sector organisation to recruit a Training & Digital Solutions Officer. This is a dynamic and forward-thinking role focused on modernising learning development and implementing innovative digital training systems to enhance workforce capability across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Digital Learning Systems: Leading the implementation, administration, and continuous improvement of the organisation's Learning Management System (LMS) and other digital training platforms.
  • Content Creation: Designing, developing, and deploying engaging e-learning modules, interactive digital assets, and traditional training materials tailored to diverse organisational needs.
  • Training Delivery & Coordination: Coordinating and delivering comprehensive training programmes, onboarding sessions, and digital literacy workshops for staff at all levels.
  • Data & Analytics: Tracking, analysing, and reporting on training metrics, compliance data, and system usage to evaluate learning effectiveness and drive strategy.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Working closely with departmental heads and subject matter experts to identify skills gaps and translate operational requirements into scalable digital learning solutions.

Essential Criteria

  • A formal Degree or equivalent professional qualification in Human Resources, Digital Learning, Information Technology, Education, or a closely related discipline.
  • Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing modern digital learning solutions or Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Demonstrated experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or delivering training programmes within a structured organisational environment.

Core Requirements

  • Excellent digital proficiency with experience using e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Captivate) and multimedia content creation tools.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and upskill non-technical staff.
  • High organisational skills with the capability to manage multiple training projects and deadlines simultaneously.
