MCS Group is delighted to be working with a growing Belfast-based software organisation as they look to appoint a Delivery Manager to join their team. Operating across specialist markets and supporting customers across the UK and internationally, this business continues to invest in both its technology offering and internal capability. This appointment will play an important role in ensuring successful delivery across customer projects and change initiatives. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys stakeholder engagement, driving delivery outcomes and working across multiple teams to make things happen.

The Role

  • As Delivery Manager, you'll own the delivery relationship across assigned customers and act as the key point of coordination between clients and internal teams.
  • Working closely with Product, Engineering and Data teams, you'll ensure projects and change requests are clearly defined, prioritised effectively and delivered successfully.
  • Acting as the primary delivery contact across a portfolio of customer accounts.
  • Building trusted relationships with customer stakeholders.
  • Translating customer requests into structured delivery plans and workstreams.
  • Supporting delivery planning, timelines and prioritisation activities.
  • Monitoring progress, dependencies and milestones across multiple initiatives.
  • Identifying and managing risks, blockers and escalation points.
  • Coordinating internal teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery.
  • Providing clear communication and regular updates to customers throughout the lifecycle.

What You'll Bring
