Job Duties of the Tax Manager include:
- Lead international corporate tax and indirect tax compliance, coordinating with external advisers to ensure accurate and timely filings across multiple jurisdictions.
- Support tax reporting and accounting, including tax provisions, financial statement disclosures, reconciliations and audit queries.
- Drive process improvements, provide guidance on tax authority enquiries, and contribute to tax planning and cross-functional projects.
- Manage and develop two junior team members while supporting the wider global tax function on strategic tax initiatives.
What you need to be the Successful Tax Manager?
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent), with tax experience or a tax qualification preferred.
- Strong understanding of financial systems, with Workday experience beneficial but not essential.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word; Google Workspace experience is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
