This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys connecting with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to develop expertise within some of the most exciting technology markets in the world. No recruitment experience is required - we're looking for individuals with the right attitude, strong communication skills, and the ambition to learn.

  • You'll support our growing US practice, sourcing and engaging exceptional talent across niche technology markets, including:
    • Artificial Intelligence (AI)
    • Cyber Security
    • Data & Analytics

What You'll Be Doing

  • Candidate Sourcing & Engagement
    • Proactively sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and talent-mapping activities.
    • Building and nurturing talent pipelines across AI, Cyber Security, and Data communities.
    • Screening candidates via phone and video calls, assessing skills, experience, and motivations.
    • Developing strong candidate relationships and becoming a trusted point of contact throughout their job search.
  • Talent Pipeline Management
    • Supporting specialist recruitment projects and niche hiring campaigns.
    • Maintaining accurate candidate records and managing recruitment workflows.
    • Preparing candidate profiles and CVs for submission.
    • Coordinating interviews and ensuring an excellent candidate experience from initial contact through to placement.
  • Market Intelligence
    • Building knowledge of the US technology market.
    • Identifying emerging talent trends and engaging with highly sought-after professionals.
    • Creating marketable talent communities that support future hiring needs.
