Are you passionate about recruitment, talent sourcing, and building strong relationships? We're partnering with a growing global organisation to recruit a TA Assistant, on an initial 3-month FTC. Joining a high-performing international recruitment team, you'll play a key role in identifying, engaging, and attracting top talent across multiple markets.

The role

As TA Assistant, you'll support recruitment activity by developing sourcing strategies, engaging candidates, providing market insights, and building talent pools for current and future hiring needs. Working closely with recruiters and hiring managers, you'll help drive hiring success across the business.

The main responsibilities

  • Develop sourcing strategies across a range of talent channels.
  • Identify, engage, and screen prospective candidates.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring requirements.
  • Provide market mapping, competitor analysis, and talent insights.
  • Support candidate engagement and employer branding initiatives.
  • Promote employee referral programmes and talent attraction campaigns.
  • Assist with recruitment projects and process improvements.

The ideal candidate

  • Previous experience in a talent sourcing, talent acquisition, or recruitment role.
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
