We are searching for a Senior UX Designer, a rare opportunity to become the sole UX specialist shaping the design vision across their full suite of digital products.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Leading UX discovery, research, wireframing and prototyping end-to-end
- Crafting intuitive, beautiful UI that enhances user experience across multiple platforms
- Working cross-functionally with product, engineering and commercial stakeholders
- Introducing UX best practices, design processes and standards across the organisation
- Acting as the UX voice in product discussions, influencing roadmap and direction
- Producing high-quality visual experiences that simplify complex workflows
What We're Looking For:
- Strong, demonstrable experience across both UX and UI
- Confidence operating as the sole UX designer, establishing process and best practice
- Someone comfortable engaging with clients and challenging stakeholders when required
- Experience designing for complex digital products
- Portfolio showcasing excellent research, UX flows and polished UI is essential
