This is a unique opportunity to lead a recruitment team during a period of significant transformation, working closely with senior stakeholders across multiple regions and helping shape the future of talent acquisition within a complex global environment.
The main responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a geographically dispersed recruitment team.
- Drive consistency, performance and best practice across the recruitment function.
- Partner with senior business leaders on workforce planning and talent strategy.
- Support the implementation and optimisation of recruitment processes and systems.
- Remain involved in end-to-end recruitment for a range of positions.
The successful candidate:
- Proven experience leading recruitment teams within a complex, global organisation.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Extensive end-to-end recruitment experience.
- Experience delivering change, transformation or process improvement initiatives.
- Comfortable operating across multiple locations, cultures and time zones.
