We're working with a company who are undergoing a significant automation and workflow transformation programme and are looking for a Senior Product Business Analyst to help drive delivery. This role sits at the heart of automation initiatives, owning backlogs, shaping requirements, defining MVPs and ensuring value is delivered sprint by sprint. You'll work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation across multiple business functions.
What You'll Be Doing
- Own and manage product backlogs for automation initiatives
- Define MVPs and break work into clear, deliverable increments
- Write high-quality user stories and acceptance criteria
- Map and optimise business processes and workflows
- Identify automation opportunities and translate them into deliverable requirements
- Work closely with engineering teams and automation platforms
- Engage stakeholders and bring clarity to complex or ambiguous requirements
- Measure outcomes and track value delivered
Requirements:
Essential
- Strong Agile Business Analysis, Product Analysis or Product Owner experience
- Excellent user story writing and backlog management skills
- Experience delivering automation, workflow or process improvement initiatives
- Experience with workflow automation platforms (Workato, Power Automate, Zapier, etc.)
- Strong process mapping and optimisation background
- Ability to operate independently and drive work forward with minimal direction
Desirable
- Financial Services, Professional Services or other regulated industry experience
- Exposure to HR or operational process transformation
