Senior Operations Analyst Belfast - Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days WFH) Salary: £50,412 - £57,699 + bonus + excellent benefits We are working with a leading organisation within Northern Ireland's energy sector to recruit a Senior Lead Settlement Analyst to join a high-performing operational team. This is an excellent opportunity for an analytical and process-driven professional to play a key role in supporting critical market and settlement operations within a highly regulated environment. The Role The successful candidate will coordinate and oversee complex monthly operational processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely delivery across settlement activities. You will act as a subject matter expert within the team, supporting system and process improvements, coordinating testing activities following system changes, and working closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders. This role offers a strong mix of operational ownership, stakeholder engagement, systems/process improvement and analytical reporting.
