MCS are delighted to partner with a cybersecurity company who are seeking a commercially driven Senior Marketing Executive to play a critical role in shaping and executing demand generation and marketing operations for a high-growth cybersecurity business. This is a pivotal hire that will strengthen pipeline creation, improve marketing performance, and elevate how the business positions its cyber products to enterprise and technical buyers.

This role is not traditional marketing execution; it is focused on pipeline impact, marketing effectiveness, and go-to-market performance, working closely with sales, product, and partner teams.

The Role

  • You will take ownership of key areas of demand generation and marketing operations, building on existing foundations to drive measurable pipeline growth and commercial impact.
  • You will be responsible for turning marketing activity into qualified opportunities and ensuring strong alignment between marketing, sales, and partner channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute demand generation campaigns with a clear focus on pipeline creation and conversion.
  • Own marketing operations across CRM (Salesforce), ensuring data quality, campaign tracking, attribution, and performance visibility.
  • Analyse campaign performance and optimise activity to improve ROI, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution.
  • Translate technical cybersecurity products into clear, commercial, customer-facing messaging.
  • Support the development and execution of integrated campaigns across email, digital, events, and partner marketing.
  • Build and refine reporting dashboards to track campaign effectiveness, funnel performance, and revenue impact.
  • Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes, automation, and overall efficiency.
  • Collaborate with product and technical teams to ensure accurate and compelling positioning in market.

Essential Criteria:

  • Proven experience in cybersecurity or B2B tech marketing, ideally with exposure to enterprise or technical buyers (e.g. CISOs).
  • Strong background in demand generation and pipeline-focused marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and marketing operations.
  • Understanding of attribution, funnel metrics, and campaign performance analysis.
  • Experience working within partner-led or channel-led go-to-market environments.
  • Ability to simplify complex technical products into clear, commercial messaging.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a focus on optimisation and measurable outcomes.
  • Confident working in fast-paced and high accountability environments.
