MCS Group is delighted to exclusively partner with an award-winning, growing organisation as they look to recruit a Senior HR Advisor into a standalone HR role offering genuine progression to HR Manager. This opportunity is ideal for an ambitious HR professional who has strong operational HR experience and exposure to projects, and is now looking for the next step in their career with greater ownership and autonomy.

Working closely with senior leadership, you'll support the full employee lifecycle while helping to shape and improve the wider HR function as the organisation continues to grow.

  • Provide day-to-day HR support across the business.
  • Advise managers on employee relations matters including absence, disciplinaries, grievances, and performance issues.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Assist with reviewing and improving HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with employment legislation.
  • Support HR projects and process improvement initiatives.
  • Play a key role in an upcoming HRIS implementation.
  • Produce HR reports and workforce data for management teams.

Similar experience within a generalist HR role is required, along with strong employee relations and operational HR experience in Northern Ireland. Exposure to HR projects or systems improvements is also essential.

Competitive salary depending on experience, with a clear progression pathway into HR Manager level. This is a broad standalone role with excellent exposure, offering private healthcare and 34 days annual leave. Hybrid and flexible working options are available.
