A high-growth Microsoft solutions provider is hiring a Senior Business Central Functional Consultant to lead enterprise-scale BC implementations across finance, supply chain, warehousing, manufacturing and service management. This is a senior client-facing role for someone who thrives in solution design, workshops, stakeholder engagement and best-practice delivery - while also mentoring junior consultants and collaborating closely with PMs, developers and technical teams.

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead full lifecycle Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations
  • Run workshops, discovery sessions, training and UAT
  • Analyse and optimise business processes across finance, supply chain and operations
  • Configure BC and produce functional specs for bespoke solutions
  • Work alongside PMs on planning, scope and governance
  • Mentor junior consultants and help shape team best practices
  • Support continuous improvement and client transformation

What we're looking for:

  • Strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / NAV functional consulting experience
  • Proven client-facing workshop and training capability
  • Experience across finance, warehousing, manufacturing, wholesale or supply chain
