This is a full 360 sales role. You'll be developing your own client base, generating new business opportunities, and managing the entire recruitment process from first contact to placement. Recruitment experience isn't required - but sales or business development experience is highly desirable, and a strong commercial mindset is essential. What You'll Be Doing

  • Business development & lead generation: Proactively identifying and approaching potential clients, cold calling, pitching solutions, and building your own portfolio of accounts.
  • Client relationship management: Understanding client needs, advising on recruitment strategy, and positioning MCS Group as a trusted partner.
  • Candidate sourcing: Identifying top talent in your market, building strong candidate pipelines, and guiding candidates through the full recruitment journey.
  • Process management: Coordinating interviews, delivering feedback, managing offers, and ensuring a smooth experience for both clients and candidates.
