Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional luxury retail experience to every client, creating memorable and personal customer journeys.
- Build long-term relationships with clients through outstanding service and product expertise.
- Represent a portfolio of internationally recognised luxury watch and jewellery brands with professionalism and confidence.
- Develop in-depth knowledge across products, collections, and brand heritage to provide expert guidance to customers.
- Manage customer enquiries effectively, supporting both decisive buyers and clients seeking advice and consultation.
- Utilise CRM systems to maintain accurate customer records and strengthen ongoing client engagement.
- Work collaboratively within a close-knit sales team to achieve individual and store performance targets.
- Maintain showroom standards to ensure displays and presentation remain of the highest quality.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programmes to continuously enhance product knowledge and sales capability.
- Contribute positively to the wider team culture and uphold the company's values and reputation.
Essential Criteria
- Previous experience within a customer-facing sales or retail environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to quickly build rapport.
