MCS Group is delighted to be partnering with a well-established and values-driven care organisation in Belfast to recruit a Recruiter on a fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced recruitment professional to join a collaborative HR team supporting essential services across NI and ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing full-cycle recruitment processes across a variety of roles
  • Building strong relationships with hiring managers to understand workforce needs
  • Writing engaging job advertisements and coordinating interview processes
  • Supporting sourcing activity through a variety of recruitment channels
  • Maintaining accurate recruitment records and candidate tracking systems
  • Ensuring recruitment processes remain compliant with GDPR and internal policies
  • Visiting services and engaging with managers to understand operational requirements

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 1-2 years' experience in recruitment (internal or agency)
  • Experience managing recruitment campaigns from initial brief through to offer stage
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management ability
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment
  • Degree in HR or Business would be advantageous
