This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced recruitment professional to join a collaborative HR team supporting essential services across NI and ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing full-cycle recruitment processes across a variety of roles
- Building strong relationships with hiring managers to understand workforce needs
- Writing engaging job advertisements and coordinating interview processes
- Supporting sourcing activity through a variety of recruitment channels
- Maintaining accurate recruitment records and candidate tracking systems
- Ensuring recruitment processes remain compliant with GDPR and internal policies
- Visiting services and engaging with managers to understand operational requirements
The Ideal Candidate:
- 1-2 years' experience in recruitment (internal or agency)
- Experience managing recruitment campaigns from initial brief through to offer stage
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management ability
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment
- Degree in HR or Business would be advantageous
