MCS Group are delighted to be partnering with a growing organisation in the energy / utilities space who are investing heavily in digital and looking for a Transformation Project Manager to help drive that forward. This role sits right in the middle of things - working across the business to turn ideas into real digital solutions, while helping shape how digital evolves longer term.

What You'll Be Getting Involved In

  • Working with different teams to understand what they need and helping bring digital ideas to life
  • Keeping things organised across projects - what's being worked on, what's next, and what adds the most value
  • Supporting the rollout of tools and platforms across the business (think Microsoft stack / low-code tools)
  • Acting as the link between business teams and technical teams
  • Helping make sure projects actually land well and are used properly by the business
  • Getting involved in improving how things are done - not just delivering, but making things better

What They're Looking For

  • Someone who's worked on digital or tech projects and enjoys seeing things through end-to-end
  • Comfortable working with different stakeholders and keeping everyone aligned
  • A good understanding of how projects are delivered (Agile or similar)
  • Someone who can spot issues early, solve problems, and keep things moving
  • Experience working in the utility or energy sectors - essential
  • Knowledge of IT systems used within the energy industry.
