This Project Manager role sits at the heart of a large-scale transition and onboarding programme, focused on moving clients and services onto a modern digital platform. You will take end-to-end ownership of complex projects, coordinating multiple internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth, timely delivery. This is a hands-on delivery role rather than pure governance - ideal for someone who enjoys owning outcomes, managing ambiguity, and being close to execution.
Key Responsibilities- Own and manage the full project lifecycle, from planning through to delivery and handover.
- Act as the primary point of contact between internal delivery teams and external stakeholders.
- Manage timelines, dependencies, risks, and issues, escalating where required.
- Ensure projects are delivered to agreed quality, time, and scope expectations.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and provide regular status updates.
- Support wider business initiatives including new client onboarding and growth activity.
- Proven experience in a Project Manager or Delivery Manager role.
- Background in financial services or pensions.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, comfortable working with senior and non-technical audiences.
- Organised, proactive, and confident managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.
