The Opportunity
This is a hands-on Project Delivery Lead role, focused on leading client-facing technology projects end-to-end. You will:
- Take full ownership of multiple client engagements
- Lead delivery from planning through to execution
- Act as the key point of contact for clients
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, to scope, and at high quality
- Coach and mentor team members
- Identify risks early and drive effective resolutions
- Help shape delivery standards and best practices as the Belfast function grows
What You'll Bring
- 5+ years' experience in project management or delivery leadership
- Background in consulting, financial services, or technology environments
- Proven ability to deliver complex, multi-stakeholder projects independently
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
- Solid understanding of modern technology delivery (applications, integration, systems)
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methodologies
- Strong planning, risk management, and problem-solving capability
Desirable Experience
- Exposure to cloud, AI/ML, or advanced data platforms
- Experience within capital markets, fintech, or payments
