As part of the continued development of their finance function, they are seeking an experienced Accountant to take responsibility for the financial performance and reporting of a number of business units. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced finance professional to take on a commercially focused role, working closely with operational management and the wider finance leadership team. 45,000 - £62,500 base salary + extensive benefits package; ~ Annual bonus (10%); ~ Flexible/Hybrid working (3 days office based); ~ Company car; ~ Opportunity to lead and develop members of the finance team. As the successful Divisional Accountant, you will report directly to the Senior Finance Manager and will be responsible for: Overseeing monthly management accounts, P&L and Balance Sheet reviews; Analysing financial performance, profitability and working capital across the division; Supporting budgeting, forecasting and cash flow planning; Business partnering with operational management to provide commercial financial insight; Ensuring strong financial controls, accurate reporting and effective month-end processes; ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or equivalent; Strong commercial acumen; Strong IT & excel skills.
